Cancellation Policy for In Person Registrants
Conference registration cancellations received 5 business days in advance will receive a full refund; cancellations within 5 business days will not receive a refund but can transfer their registration. All sessions (both in-person and virtual) will be recorded and available for on-demand.
Which virtual platform will be used on Day 2 & 3?
The conference will be presented through Zoom.

What is The Continuing Education Unit (CEU)?
The Continuing Education Unit (CEU) is a nationally recognized measurement that validates you have taken a non-credit continuing education program. Programs that offer CEUs can help you maintain the position you have, qualify for more advanced roles, or work with new clientele. They serve as a proof point that you're dedicated to work according to best practices and always with the latest knowledge, technology, and skills available.CEUs are sponsored by an appropriate authority and provide instruction, direction, and evaluation by qualified personnel. George Mason's Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) unit follows guidelines designed to assure proper documentation and reporting of non-credit activities in compliance with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) standards. In programs that award CEUs, one CEU is assigned for every 10 contact hours of instruction.
What is Continuous Learning Points (CLPs)?
Professional learning by acquisition workforce members serves to improve the outcome of Federal procurements and benefits the public interest. Regular participation in continuous learning activities and programs enhances the skills of acquisition professionals, affords them opportunities for professional growth, and improves the quality of services rendered. Acquisition Career Managers (ACMs) and supervisors shall work with acquisition workforce members to identify opportunities and determine the appropriate number of Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) obtained from each learning activity. Accounting for and documenting continuous learning activities is a mutual responsibility between the acquisition workforce member, supervisor and ACM. Acquisition workforce members should refer to Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) certification policies to determine how many CLPs they must earn in order to maintain their certification. 1. Conference, training or seminar presentation 1 CLP per hour, including preparation; maximum of 20 CLPs per year 2. Continuing Education Unit (CEU) 10 CLPs per CEU.
Will recordings be made available?
Yes! While we’re looking forward to all coming together at the same time for a shared, live experience, we know that many people's schedules are in constant flux right now. Recordings of sessions will be made available for all registrants following the conference. This way if something comes up and you can’t attend for the entirety of the event, you will be able to view the sessions on demand. A link to the recording will be sent to you in a follow-up email upon completion of the virtual conference.
Can I purchase the reports without attending the conference?

Can I share my virtual registration link with another member of my team?
No, the registration link cannot be shared. The virtual platform is designed to send registrants unique links to access the 2025 Vision Federal Market Forecast Conference. This means that only paid registrants will have access.
